What is you average reply rate?

Hello everyone!
Just wondering what is the typical average reply rate from HRs, managers. I am trying to build the interviewing funnel.

Let’s say, for instance:

Applied: 100
Replyed: 50
Phone screening: 20
Interviews with the hiring manager: 10
Offers: 1-2

Does it make sense? How do these numbers look for you?

If you are talking about interviewing I think your numbers are good.
I am a little concerned about Phone to interview ratio. From my experience, it should be more than 50%. If feels like you are applying to positions with not a good fit.
